This is important because if we don’t diagnose the root cause, you’ll subconsciously sabotage your results when things get chaotic in your life…
Building on that, we’re going to utilize a well-balanced, high protein nutrition style that 1) fits your goals 2) you can follow for life and 3) is flexible enough to work with your modern lifestyle.
This will not only allow you to quickly see progress out the gate, but also will give you more confidence should you find yourself at a social event, wedding, work trip, or vacation. This means you can stop spinning your wheels with nutrition and finally feel like you’re off the hamster wheel of dieting.

Here what I’ll do is create a custom workout program for you from the ground up based on your experience level, equipment, and overall goals.
The reason this is so important is that strength training is KING when it comes to you getting that toned and muscular look you desperately want.
Nonetheless, you won’t need to worry about being in the gym for hours. I’ll make the workouts fit into your schedule and share with you my secrets that make workouts fun, intense, and EXTREMELY effective at the same time.
My style of workouts is different than what you have tried previously because I have been mentored by a former NFL strength coach and have worked with some of the top bodybuilding coaches in the world. Utilizing what they have taught me, my workouts are designed to make your body more functional, athletic, powerful, and aesthetic than ever before.

My goal with each client is to get them from feeling stuck with their journey to progressing quickly and making that success a part of their lifestyle so they can feel on top of their A-game daily.
The first two pillars alone can get you to lose 30 lbs or gain 15 lbs of clean mass in 4 months, but because fitness is a marathon, not a sprint, you need to be equipped for what comes next in your journey.
So this is where you’ll learn the science behind training and nutrition, my SportsSculpt Prescription, and have 1:1 accountability from me, via chat and Zoom calls in your program
And the reason this is so important, is that when you successfully complete your program with me, you aren’t 100% reliant on me. Yes, if you want to continue on working with me, there is an option to do so but eventually, you’ll be at a point where fitness just makes sense to you. You understand how it fits in your schedule, the idea of balance/moderation, can calculate your own macros, and design your own effective workouts if you choose to.

Coach Laini is a highly educated professional in the field of exercise science, nutrition, gut and hormonal health, and body recomposition. After discovering her passion for the gym, she changed career path from pre-med to Health and Human Performance with an emphasis in Exercise Science for with a more hands-on approach in health and fitness. While in school she gained experience through internships in her university’s fitness laboratory and athletic training departments. She earned her personal training certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, as well as a her certification as a Gut and Hormone Specialist following mentorship from an RD.
Following 5 years of in-person training, she started an online coaching business and sharing her education via social media to spread her passion for fitness and evidence-based strategies with as many people as possible to help improve their body composition and overall health. With her collective 9 years of in-person training and online coaching experience, Coach Laini has helped over 500 women and men in reaching their body transformation goals.
Due to her previous history of restrictive eating and over-exercising, she is committed to using her education and experience to help other women break free from diet culture, while correcting any metabolic, hormonal, gut health, and food relationship issues caused by chronic dieting and misinformation. Determined to use her past struggles for good, she found that it has provided her with a unique ability to relate to and help women with a similar story feel more comfortable, understood, and ultimately find more success in creating a healthier relationship with food, exercise, themselves - so the physical results can then come much easier, along with everything they need to maintain it on their own for the rest of their lives.
